John is responsible for leading Urban Strategies’ collaborative efforts, focusing on serving communities in need in the Southern California region. John gained over 14 years of experience in urban youth outreach and development as one of the original designers of UYWI. Additionally, he helped develop regional conferences that trained youth workers in urban cities across the country.
