Ginny Olson is the Director of Youth Ministry for the Northwest Conference of the Covenant Church. She's been involved in youth ministry for several decades as a youth pastor, youth ministry professor, consultant, trainer, and writer. She co-authored Youth Ministry Management Tools 2.0 and teaches church administration at North Park University.
