For five years, John served as the Director of Church Planting for the Evangelical Covenant Church. The ECC is a leader in multi-ethnic church planting. Streaming resources from 900 churches and 10 mission regions, the Covenant calls, trains and supports urban planters to plant churches that reach self-sustainability in four years. Today, John serves as Senior Pastor of FOL, the Director of Recruiting for Covenant Church Planting, and videographer for the Los Angeles Lakers Band.
