The cultural lenses we use in life have a profound impact on our reading of scripture and how we teach urban youth to apply it to their lives. In this course we learn how to identify dominating cultural lenses that misrepresent the heart of Jesus and how to read and teach scriptures to urban youth in a way that truly represents “good” news.
