We may say that relationships are the most strategic way to disciple and impact students to develop a faith that lasts beyond middle and high school. However, ministries often place the emphasis on one person's ability to communicate a sermon. This workshop will give practical ways for any youth worker to use small groups to develop relational leaders who love and care for kids, and allow students to ask questions and discover the truths of the Gospel.
