Has the interaction of your race, the demands of your organization, and systemic injustice taken a toll on you? This workshop will identify the unique dynamics of racial tension that leaders of color experience in ministry, as well as ideas to address the stress and fatigue that such tension can bring. Lastly, we will dig deeper into what it means to accompany youth of color in their discipleship journey in a racialized society.
