Mentorship is a way of discipleship. When Jesus called his disciples, he not only showed them what to do and how to do it, but also who they were becoming. A reflective mentor helps others discover their true selves and identity in Christ. This workshop will explore mentoring as a means of identity formation, understanding the power of story, and discovering our uniqueness in Christ.
