Although research has been conducted regarding the Millennial generation, Latino/a Millennials have often been understudied, overlooked, or lumped into the stereotypes that have come to define a generation. This workshop will explore the complex realities that Latino/a Millennials inhabit, as well as practical suggestions to engage, listen and serve with Latino/a Millennials in the pursuit of God’s reconciling justice within and beyond the Latina/o community.

Marcos Canales holds a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Seminary. He is a Latino pastor and church planter who is passionate about the leadership development of emerging Latina/o generations. Currently, Marcos is the lead pastor of La Fuente Ministries, a bilingual, intercultural, and intergenerational ministry in the city of Pasadena, California.
