This workshop explores women's roles in pastoral and lead positions in youth ministry. The purpose of the workshop is to inspire women leaders, and encourage men to empower women to take significant leadership roles in ministry. We will assess traditional women’s roles in ministry, examine the challenges, discuss ways to overcome systemic barriers, and grow their leadership skills.
