Grants often require a logic model. Logic Models are used to visually describe linkages between your program goals, and what you do. Even if you're not pursuing grant funding, they are a helpful way to understand how to point to your vision. Come learn the basic tools of building a logic model that will clearly identify program goals, objectives, activities, and desired results.
