Understanding Logic Models: Are You Doing the Right Thing to Reach Your Vision?

Grants often require a logic model. Logic Models are used to visually describe linkages between your program goals, and what you do. Even if you're not pursuing grant funding, they are a helpful way to understand how to point to your vision. Come learn the basic tools of building a logic model that will clearly identify program goals, objectives, activities, and desired results.

Alberto migrated to the US as a child, and has grown up with a diverse perspective on social justice issues and understating of faith and culture. He is currently seeking a B.A. in Education. He is the Program Manager of LACF's North STARS Elementary After-school Program in Pasadena, CA, where he works with local families.

Curt has 30+ years of experience as a youth pastor, a consultant (in program design and implementation) and leader in the faith-based nonprofit arena. The last 15 years Curt has spent working for Lake Avenue Community Foundation, serving in the STARS after school program and mentoring initiatives.
